Who we are

Universal Eagle Inc. is a local consultancy firm, bridging the gap between investors and investment opportunities in Africa.

Incorporated in 2012, we have offices in Smyrna Georgia in United States of America, Ghana, and Uganda. We have since built an influential network across Africa giving us access to key and influential leaders, industrialists and contractors. We provide access to investment opportunities in Africa.

What we do

  • We facilitate access to key leads and decision makers on projects in key African countries. 
  • We provide legal advisory services on investment opportunities in African countries.  
  • We seek appropriate funding for projects and seek bankable projects for investors. 
  • We undertake due diligence on source of funding, the financiers and the project to be finance to ensure all interests are duly and conveniently served. 
  • We manage the disbursement of funds via Universal Eagle Ghana Inc. 
  • We provide project management services that include, analysis, monitoring and evaluation.  
  • We identify members of Association of Ghana Industries, Private Sector Foundation in Uganda and other industry Associations within Africa who have secured private or public projects or are working on projects and need funding.

Investor Relations

Universal Eagle's Duty to Investor:

  • To perform project analysis, monitoring and evaluation. 
  • To facilitate access to key leads and decision makers on projects.

  • To do Due Diligence on source of funding and financiers to avoid unforeseen circumstances.

His strengths include; developing and refining corporate level departments, the integration and consolidation of organizations, establishing policies and procedures, the design and implementation of finance and accounting systems and processes, maximizing efficiency and capturing cost savings and the identification and development of key people.  


He has significant experience in financial analysis and modeling, reporting, government cost accounting, auditing and managing organizations undergoing change.

FC Cosmetics Industries: the manufacturing Company that manufactures skincare, haircare and Make-up products under the Forever Clair label. 


Salon Equipment and Beauty Supplies (SEBS): the distribution Company of Professional Beauty Products, Materials and Salon Equipment to students and Salons. 


FC Beauty College, the premier Hair, Spa and Beauty Therapy training institute in Ghana that has trained over eight thousand local and international students over two decades.

Jaamil Baba Kamara

After obtaining his BSc in Medical Laboratory Science, and MSc in Organizational Management in the USA,  Jaamil Baba Kamara has under his belt over 10 years of experience managing international reference laboratories.


He later became director of operations in one of the leading private laboratories in United States of America: QDX Pathology services and Plus Diagnostics. He moved to Ghana in 2013, and joined the able team of Translas Ghana Limited as Managing Director.


Under Jaamil Baaba Kamara's supervision at Translas, a diverse multi-faceted team constructed high-profile building structures, bridges, dams and roads, funded storm drains in Northern parts of Ghana, led the Rural Steel Bridges, to supply and install Acrow Steel bridges in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Mr. Kamara as a business owner, built the JB Forge Company from scratch with the primary aim of strategically positioning its business in the area of manufacturing Construction Chemicals  (Profix Brand of Products) and supply of Gabions and Geo-textiles to major contractors like;  


WBHO, Knights Czech Republic, 1st Sky Ltd, Quiznoz Galvao, Cyamain Ltd 


These products are used to offer Engineered Solutions including, Reinforced Soil Structures, Coastal Protection and Soil Stabilization, Landfills, Natural Hazards Mitigation, and River Control Works.  He has also provided agency services for Macaferri (Italy & South Africa) and Acrow Bridges USA. With Determination and consistency, the Profix range of products have now become one of the leading brands of construction chemicals in Ghana.

Executive Secretary

Ama Ablorde is a Media Producer, Consultant and an Integrated Marketing Communications Practitioner. She's a professionally trained Screenwriter, Media Producer, and Film Director from the National Film and Television Institute, Ghana.  


She has a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications from IE Business School. 


A certificate in Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behavior from  University of London & London Business School. 


She is currently pursing Project Management Certification from the Project Management Institute.  She is hopeful to start a Master of Art in Marketing Strategy from the University of Ghana Business School in September, 2022.  


She's serves as an organizer for Film Director's Guild, Ghana  Academy of Film and Television Arts (GAFTA) She is the  Media and Public Relations Officer for GAFTA Awards. 


She has produced three successful Television Shows in Ghana and is a regular panelist on various talk shows on highly rated Television and Radio Networks in Ghana. 

  • She's a Media Consultant for The Ajinomoto Foundation and KOKO Plus Foundation. 
  • She has produced three successful Television Shows in Ghana and is a regular panelist on prominent talk shows in Ghana. 
  • She produced 132 videos and 99 songs for  Nutrition Education Tools for Social and Behavioral Change Communications for a;  Government of Japan Funded Partnership Between; World Food Program and Ministry of Health, Ghana  to help prevent malnutrition amongst Ghanaian Children.
